What Is A Mobile Tech Repair Shop?

It’s our spin on the standard repair shop experience. We have flexible online appointments, upfront pricing and tech repair experts that bring the repair shop to you. As a fully remote tech repair business, our office is not a walk-in location. It is used for operational purposes, complex repairs, receiving mail-in repairs and creating social media content only. Service appointments must be booked via our website.

What Is Your Turnaround Time?

Our tech repair experts can fix most common device issues within an hour or less. Complex repairs that involve advanced diagnostics or micro soldering, will require additional time to complete. In these cases we will convert your appointment to our pickup/drop off service and return your device within 1 - 3 business days.

Can You Waive The Diagnostic Fee?

Our tech repair experts will diagnose and evaluate your device then provide you with a repair estimate. After you have agreed for us to complete the repair, we will waive the diagnostic fee from your total repair cost. In the rare event you decide not to complete the repair with us after receiving a repair estimate, the diagnostic fee will still apply for the time spent evaluating your device.

Common Issues Include:

Device doesn’t turn on, battery doesn’t hold a charge, water damage, front and rear camera issues, earpiece, speaker or microphone issues, software glitches, WiFi and bluetooth issues, unresponsive touch screen etc.

1-Year Warranty Information

We believe quality repairs begin with quality parts. We also stand behind our work by offering you a limited 1- year warranty that covers the parts we use for your repair. We will cover the total cost of any repairs if a part purchased and installed by Tech Repair Hero fails in your device within 1 year of the parts installation date.

The warranty will be rendered null & void if any physical damage is present.

This includes :

- Drops

- Cracks in glass digitizer or LCD/OLED display

- Liquid damage

During the evaluation process if one of our tech repair experts discovers one of above indicators of physical damage, we will not accept the repair as a warranty repair. In that scenario, any repair work will be paid for in full by the client. The 1-year limited warranty can not be redeemed if physical damage is present or your device, or has been repaired outside of Tech Repair Hero. We use OEM grade parts with an extremely low risk of failure. If you do experience a problem with your device, give us a call and will resolve any issues impacting your device right away.
